Over an hour late, then to add insult to injury it was cold on arrival, avoid ordering from here at weekends as it seems the delivery driver is also the chef and person to take the calls

Prawn dansak too hot not much flavour just spice. Couldn't enjoy it. Lamb balti. Meat was chewy. Food not up to standard. Delivery service is a joke. One driver too much pressure. He is a lovely man but not fair on him to deliver to customers who have to wait over an hour for food. Will try one more time but going off this place.

Food not up to standard last 2 orders. Flavour not there at the moment and chicken was chewy. Always have to wait ages when you ring up there is no apology neither from the driver although he is always very pleasant and smiling. Food was just warm. Only one curry ordered and waited 1 hour 40 minutes. Chips were over done then soggy which meant that they had been left. Very dissapointed and has put us off using in the future. Sorry Ruchi but not a fan anymore.

Not the usual high standard I have come to have here. I'll stay with them and put it down as a one-off. All poppadoms were stale/soft. There was a smaller portion of rice than usual and the main tasted a little bland in comparison to what I have had before.

Having used Ruchi several times now, this has to be the best take away in the area for Indian food. Superb Nargis kebab, the special Madras is what I go for every time, it is excellent. The potato was somewhat undercooked in the Bombay aloo, but still very nice.

I was truly surprised to receive a Madras that tasted like a Madras, just the right heat, thick delicious sauce and good meat. The other stuff I had was good too, but the curry stole the show. Will be using Ruchi again as theire prices are keen too.
